Robert Conley leads Rational Enterprise’s e-discovery and data forensics division.  As a consultant and forensics expert with over 15 years of experience in eDiscovery and commercial litigation, he regularly advises clients and counsel on issues involving forensic data preservation, collection, analytics, and technology assisted review. Bob was the lead eDiscovery consultant in what was at the time the largest dollar value lawsuit ever brought in response to the financial crisis against the United States.  He has served as a guest lecturer at SUNY Albany and has testified in both civil and criminal matters involving defensible preservation, collection, and eDiscovery practices.

Prior to joining Rational Enterprise, Mr. Conley was in private practice where he represented fortune 500 companies, hedge funds, and financial institutions in complex commercial litigation, regulatory, and employment law matters. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio and New York.

Bob serves as a trustee of the Oratorio Society of New York and is founding member of the Five Boroughs Music Festival in NYC.
