Improvements#
Support for Track Changes in Word Documents and Notes in PowerPoints#
Native and image document components will now support Track Changes for Word Documents, Notes in PowerPoints, hidden content in PDFs, and better image and table rendering in emails for newly loaded documents.
Existing documents that meet this criteria will prompt users to generate an updated view, which they can preview before accepting.
Language Support for Embeddings#
Document embeddings now support many additional writing scripts, so languages like Arabic, Chinese, Gujarati, Russian, and more are now supported for features like AI Chatbots and Search Assist.
Embedding language can be set on the AI Insights page under the “Manage” tab.
OpenAI Support#
Rational Review now supports OpenAI 5.5 across the platform.
Production Performance#
Production finalization is now greatly improved, particularly when producing images when image components aren’t yet generated for documents, and the final zipping step.
Background Process Indicator#
Background processes can now be viewed in a panel in the header to quickly see progress. Clicking on them will route users to the Background Processing page for additional information.
