Near-Duplicate Detection
A near-duplicate engine built to scale#
Data volumes in e-discovery only move in one direction. In this release we rebuilt near-duplicate detection to be lean, fast, and ready for the size of modern matters — so grouping keeps pace as your data grows, not the other way around.
It produces similarity scores that line up with how reviewers actually read a match: when the platform calls two documents a 90% match, they read like a 90% match. And it analyzes documents of every size accurately and consistently, so results hold up whether a matter is a few thousand documents or many millions.

Matter Agent
A cleaner workspace you can share#
The Matter Agent has a redesigned interface with UX improvements throughout, making it faster to find your way around and get to an answer. Beyond the new look, several additions make it more powerful in day-to-day work.
You can now upload your own files to use within a session, giving the agent the exact context it needs to help. And you can share a session with other users, so a colleague can see the questions you asked and the answers you got — useful for handoffs, review, and keeping others in the loop.

Every matter is full of repeated content — email signatures, confidentiality notices, standard disclaimers — that adds volume without adding meaning. This release speeds up repeated-content detection with a new significant-text sampling approach, surfacing that boilerplate much faster — with the biggest gains in larger matters, where there’s the most of it to sift through.
